A well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty group in Tennessee is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team just 45 minutes from Nashville.

About the Opportunity

• Monday through Friday, 8-5 schedule
• 100% outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities
• 2-year salary guarantee starting at $230K + quarterly bonus potential up to $20K annually
• Clear path to shareholder status with average total compensation of $300K+
• $20,000 commencement bonus + up to $15,000 relocation assistance

• Light, phone-only call (1:17 rotation, ~2?3 times per year)
• Dedicated MA support + additional float staff for efficiency
• On-site lab and advanced imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI, Mammo, US) with rapid turnaround times
• Established patient base with flexible ramp-up and autonomy over volume (goal 20?25 patients per day)
• Athena EMR with internal coding team support to streamline workflow
• Participation in value-based care models with strong payer mix (60% commercial)
• Opportunity to earn additional income through shared ancillary service profits (lab/imaging)
