Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency setting. The role demands proficiency in the use of Cerner for patient documentation. All candidates must uphold certification requirements, including BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIH Certification. Knowledge of CPI/MOAB procedures, both online and on-site portions, is essential. The emergency department setting is characterized by high acuity, requiring quick decision-making and effective patient management. Candidates must be adaptable and prepared to work a full 12-hour shift. Seal blue scrubs will be worn during the duration of employment.
