The Role: What You’ll Do Full‑Cycle Ownership: Lead everything from the initial intake meeting with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond job boards. You’ll build active pipelines for critical engineering and construction roles, ensuring we stay ahead of our growth Brand Ambassadorship: Write compelling job postings and represent PSI at industry events and through digital outreach Data‑Driven Recruiting: Use our ATS (JazzHR/Costpoint) to track metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness to continually sharpen our strategy Seamless Onboarding: Partner with HR Operations to ensure that once a candidate says "Yes," their transition into the team is flawless What You Bring To The Table Experience: 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting is preferred. We are also open to high‑energy professionals with backgrounds in high‑volume sales, cold‑calling, and customer or client engagement Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, iSolved, or Costpoint) Industry Knowledge: If you understand the nuances of the construction or engineering world, you’ll have a significant head start The "Recruiter Personality": You are a meticulous organizer, a proactive problem‑solver, and a natural relationship builder who can talk to anyone Why Project Solutions, Inc.?
