What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in a 60-bed Medical-Surgical unit with diverse medical conditions, including post-surgical, trauma, stroke, and hospice patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Ensure patient safety and deliver evidence-based, holistic care focused on positive outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members using SBAR and other communication tools
• Document care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning as guided by clinical pathways
• Contribute to a team environment that fosters continuous learning and quality improvement

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
• Minimum of 1-year recent Med Surg nursing experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and adhere to facility policies
