Production Associate

Job Title: General Production Worker (2nd Shift) 3:30pm-12:00am $19/hr

Job Description

This entry-level general production role supports multiple functions within a meat-processing facility. The position focuses on general labor tasks, maintaining clean and sanitary production areas, and assisting with equipment, materials, and product handling to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations on the 2nd shift.

Requirements:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience - preferably in food but not required
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Capability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Comfort working around moving mechanical parts and at high or precarious places.
• Ability to work effectively in colder (around 30 degrees) and warmer temperature areas.
• Comfort working in a high-noise manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
