Attendant Care Hiring / Training / Coordinating Specialist We are looking for a highly motivated, mature, and dependable individual to join our team as a Hiring / Training / Coordinating Specialist. This essential role is responsible for recruiting and training new employees. The ideal candidate will be self‑sufficient with a strong work ethic, capable of managing a demanding schedule of office work and travel for trainings and home visits. Key Responsibilities Recruiting: Interview candidates who have applied. Oversee the entire hiring/training process from initial screening and interviews to training. Training: Deliver comprehensive training to new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their roles. Travel: Travel to training locations and conduct in‑home visits for participant care. Required Qualifications & Skills Exceptional Organizational and Training Skills: Must be highly organized and detail‑oriented to manage hiring calls, virtual interviews, and in‑person trainings. Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication and follow‑up skills are integral to ensure efficient workflow and effective training. Self‑Sufficiency & Time Management: Proven ability to work independently, manage a schedule without direct supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility: Must be flexible with scheduling to accommodate last‑minute changes and training needs, including early mornings or late evenings. Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Overnight stays required at times. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and a safe driving record are required. Prior experience in hiring, recruiting, and/or training is strongly preferred but not required. E.O.E. (Equal Opportunity Employer) Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
