AHA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Description Supports Finance Department by performing varying degrees of analysis for multiple projects that arise from the operations of the organization. Coordinate and manage monthly construction draw process for future real estate developments the organization is creating. Coordinate and manage insurance coverage for various multi-family properties. Coordinate and manage monthly reimbursement grants for case management and rental assistance in our homeless programs. Support finance department projects including but not limited to; Budget coordination, software improvements, problem solving, research, detailed analysis, financial statements, audit prep, and reconciliations Qualifications Bachelors of Science Degree in business, accounting, or finance Strong knowledge of cost and financial accounting principals, practices, processes and procedures. Strong knowledge of internal control systems and procedures. Skill in performing complex numerical calculations. Strong analytical skills in reviewing financial information. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Skill in preparing complex management reports on a timely basis. Skill in the use of personal computers and related financial and statistical software products. Additional Information Applicants: Please be advised that the starting pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 a year depending on experience.
