Insurance Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Location: New Mexico
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Dress Code: Business casual | Neat and professional appearance required

Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to learn quickly while working effectively with clients and the team.

Licensing Requirements

• New Mexico P&C License: Candidate must be able to  pass the Property & Casualty (P&C) exam within 30 days and  obtain/maintain the required New Mexico license .
• Life/Health License: Additional time is provided to obtain the  Life/Health license.
• Study materials will be provided.
• Job coaching and training will be provided by the  agent/owner and  office manager .

Training & Support

• Study resources provided
• Coaching and training on sales process and licensing preparation
• Ongoing support from agent/owner and office manager

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and provide clear, accurate information
• Explain complex insurance topics in an understandable way
• Support client needs with professionalism and strong customer service
• Maintain accurate records and complete tasks on time
• Learn and use required computer systems and programs efficiently
• Work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed

Qualifications (Ideal Candidate)

• Excellent customer service skills
• Track record of sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to  learn quickly and stay engaged during training
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to remain  diplomatic and considerate under pressure
• Ability to follow instructions and rules while also thinking independently
• Motivated, hardworking, and able to meet expectations consistently
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn required programs quickly
