The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage all aspects of the accounting operation, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reportingManage accounting huddle and KPI scorecardManage cash flowReview payroll processing prepared by third partyManage clinical staff and doctor commission programAnalyze company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status reports to senior managementCoordinate, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Assist with developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions, including compliance with debt covenantsAssist with developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.Assist senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for trackingCoordinate and/or prepare tax schedules, returns and information.Manage all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.Assist with building an accounting department as the company growsPrepare financial analysis for expansion, real estate and other special projects.Assist in the development of open book financeDevelop and document policies and procedures for key accounting, tax and other matters.Other duties as assigned
