ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked within other agencies, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, team-focused environment I wanted to create in my own office.

Im a second-generation State Farm agent, married with a baby, and family is a huge part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water and am a big car enthusiast. I stay involved in the community by participating in blood drives and supporting the Humane Society. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to me and our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Mary Dixon - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
