Sr. Graphic Designer

Looking for a Sr. Designer with 10+ years experience who is able to provide strategic design, creative direction, and production expertise required to develop integrated marketing communications that promote the Company's products, services, associate programs, and corporate culture. Creates compelling visual solutions across print, digital, presentation, and multimedia channels while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance. Demonstrates exceptional written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills while partnering with marketing strategists, copywriters, project managers, compliance, and business partners to deliver customer-focused creative solutions. Leverages Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Workfront, Adobe GenStudio, approved AI-powered tools, and prompt writing techniques to improve creative effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and scalability. Works independently with minimal supervision and leads complex, high-visibility projects from concept through final delivery. Provides mentorship to peers, promotes best practices, and contributes to the continuous evolution of creative processes, enterprise design systems, and emerging creative technologies. About the Role Responsible for the concept, design, production, and delivery of integrated marketing communications. Responsibilities Develops strategic creative concepts demonstrating strong design thinking, technical expertise, and understanding of target audiences. Produces high-quality print, digital, presentation, and multimedia assets while maintaining enterprise brand standards. Designs and produces professional PowerPoint presentations and presentation templates that support marketing initiatives and business communications. Utilizes Adobe Workfront to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, communicate project status, and accurately track time. Leverages Adobe GenStudio and approved AI-powered creative tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency. Develops and refines prompts for generative AI tools to create, optimize, and enhance creative concepts and marketing assets. Serves as both creative lead and production specialist while managing multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrates exceptional communication and presentation skills with business partners and stakeholders. Builds collaborative relationships across Enterprise Marketing through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a customer-focused approach. Contributes to enterprise design systems, templates, brand standards, and workflow best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ten (10) or more years of professional graphic design experience. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, conceptual design, and production excellence. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro). Experience using Adobe Workfront or a comparable enterprise work management platform. Experience using Adobe GenStudio or other AI-enabled creative platforms preferred. Experience developing effective prompts for generative AI tools. Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and presentation templates for marketing, sales, executive, and business communications. Experience producing integrated print, digital, presentation, and multimedia marketing communications. Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Outgoing, collaborative, and customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to communicate creative concepts and technical information to both creative and non-creative audiences.
