1st Shift Production Cutter Operator

Color Direct, Inc., a growing Milwaukee printing and manufacturing company, is seeking a 1st Shift Production Cutter Operator to join our production team.

The ideal candidate has experience operating a guillotine/power cutter, bindery equipment, or similar production machinery . We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable troubleshooting problems as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a guillotine/power cutter, bindery equipment, or similar production equipment
• Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to work on your feet for an eight-hour shift
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Receptive to constructive feedback and willing to learn
• Takes initiative and maintains a positive, team-oriented attitude
