While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we're focusing on San Francisco so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 12 month engagement, working full-time.

Job Description

What you'd be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Partnering closely with Sales to plan and activate regional GTM plays, bringing campaigns and customer moments to life across the east and central regions
• Designing and executing integrated field programs that move target accounts through the funnel, blending in-person experiences, customer stories, virtual touchpoints, and digital amplification
• Translating global campaigns, customer stories, product priorities, and sales motions into localized, account-relevant strategies for enterprise audiences
• Owning the execution of field experiences including events, webinars, executive programs, and partner activations, ensuring they're tightly connected to broader campaign and pipeline goals
• Collaborating with brand, content, customer marketing, product marketing, and lifecycle teams to align messaging and extend the reach of field programs
• Managing budgets, vendors, and timelines with operational rigor, keeping a high bar for brand experience and execution quality

You're probably a match if

• You've driven pipeline impact through regional or field programs, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company
• You know how to influence pipeline through regional programs and account-based engagement, and you've owned that before
• You've worked within ABM frameworks for enterprise accounts
• You partner closely with Sales on GTM motions, account strategy, and revenue goals
• You bring strong project management skills and can hold together a lot of cross-functional moving parts
• You have a bias for action, curiosity, and a drive to experiment and iterate quickly
• You have 5 + years of experience in a similar role

About the team

You'll be joining Canva's Field Marketing team, bringing our brand and product to life in the real world. As part of Canva's Global B2B Marketing group, we work with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Lifecycle, and Experiential to design programs that reach our most valuable audiences and influence the full revenue funnel, from net-new demand to pipeline acceleration and expansion.
