We offer competitive market pay and opportunities for bonus depending on great work performance (bonuses only apply for Full Time)Comprehensive Employee Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for various plans for medical, dental, and vision insuranceUnder the direction of Registered Nurses' in the Intensive Care Unit, the monitor technician monitors the cardiac/telemetry units by appropriate documentation, appropriate communication, and maintains an organized telemetry stationPOSITION SUMMARY:(Lab Assistant II) -PhlebotomistPosition Summary:Performs routine technical and clerical functions to include specimen registration and billing. Performs venipuncture, specimen receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens. Performs phlebotomy duties as assigned. Will perform waived testing and assist in Microbiology processing and plating specimens, as requestedPosition Qualification:One (1) year of laboratory experience and/or completion of a formal phlebotomy trainingBasic laboratory computer/lab information system experience preferredRequired Licenses/Certifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of Phlebotomy training program and/or national phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT or similar preferredPhlebotomy Certification where State law requiresCommunication Skills:Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with all levels of the organizationMust be able to pass Background and Drug Test screenings.
