Reno Staffing is building an ongoing pipeline of reliable, motivated candidates for future Order Picker openings at Lawson Products. These roles support a clean, organized warehouse environment and typically include order picking, inventory movement, and general warehouse tasks.

Please Note: Lawson is not onboarding new starts at this time, but we are actively gathering highquality candidates now so we can reach out immediately when hiring resumes.

Shift: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm
Pay: $19.54/hr.

Summary:
Warehouse Order Fillers are in charge of sorting raw materials, equipment, and finished packages to ensure the smooth workflow of a warehouse. Their duties include verifying work orders with corresponding item and batch numbers, moving items that are ready for delivery, loading stock onto delivery trucks, and reporting any damages to the supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.

• Reading work order information to determine which item to sort into the designated storage area.
• Ensuring the correct item is picked up by comparing work orders against item and batch numbers.
• Physically moving or transporting items ready for delivery to the designated loading area.
• Reporting any item damage to the warehouse supervisor.
• Labeling items with the correct information, such as date, shipping, price, and quantity, according to set instructions.
• Moving items to delivery pallets and assisting loaders with the stacking of items.
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying information supplied to ensure stock goes to the correct inventory area.
• Ensuring that all stored items are packed and stacked according to OSHA standards and company safety policies.

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job-related activities not specifically outlined above.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Basic computer skills
• You must have a high school diploma or GED OR at least one year experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication skills
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying and pushing

A resume and an interview are required to be considered for this position. A 4-panel drug test will need to be taken. This will not test for THC.
