Salary: $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package.

The Staff Accountant will support the finance department by performing a variety of accounting tasks essential for month-end closings, account reconciliations, and financial accuracy. This role requires extensive experience with NetSuite to manage financial data effectively and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately within NetSuite
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and balance sheet accounts
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and maintain compliance with GAAP
• Conduct variance analysis and assist with budget monitoring
• Provide support for audits by organizing documentation and data
• Maintain organized financial records and support internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, with mandatory proficiency in NetSuite
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
• Knowledge of GAAP and best accounting practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
