Assistant Grocery Manager Responsibilities: Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations Staffing and managing all associates day to day Daily operations, meetings, and reporting Creating a positive customer experience at all levels Data analyzing and reporting on sales and profit Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations Assistant Grocery Manager Qualifications: 4 years experience in a similar role Positive leadership with a people first mentality Growth and succession mindset Warehouse management experience required Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention Assistant Grocery Manager Benefits: Competitive salary Bonus eligibility up to $24k annually Healthcare, vision, dental starts after 90 days Excellent 401K match #J-18808-Ljbffr
