Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality, on-of-a-kind parts with precision. This role involves working with a variety of materials and requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Your Expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of each unique component. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precise parts and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide machining processes
• Conduct quality checks using tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet tight tolerance and specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure machines are properly cared for

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 2 yeas of experience in CNC Machining
• Experience operating CNC mills and lathes, with willingness to learn machine setup
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong work ethic with exemplary attendance, punctuality, and a positive, professional attitude
• Physically capable of performing tasks that involve standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $45,760 -$49,920, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
