We are seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our Cadillac sales team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is an opportunity to represent a world-class luxury brand while building a rewarding career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
We are looking for individuals who bring professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right vehicle. At our dealership, you’ll have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, presenting features, options, and Cadillac brand value
- Conduct professional and safe test drives
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of features, warranties, and service expectations
- Present financing and protection products in alignment with dealership processes
- Maintain accurate and complete sales documentation
- Stay up to date on inventory, incentives, financing programs, and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in car sales, luxury/GM brands preferred
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional, polished, and customer-first approach (luxury brand mindset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Prior sales experience (automotive or retail) preferred, but not required
