Guest Service Representative (Part-Time) – $17.80/hour
Provide exceptional guest experiences by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing. Maintain the front desk, lobby, and guest common areas while demonstrating outstanding customer service. Cross-training opportunities available in housekeeping and laundry areas.

About the Role:

The Guest Services Representative position is responsible for providing the best possible experience for our guests through assisting with their needs, answering phones, processing check-ins and check-outs, and collecting payments in accordance with company guidelines. You'll maintain all cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts, setup and takedown breakfast displays, and ensure the property meets brand standards through periodic property tours. This role requires English proficiency, proficiency with property management systems, and the ability to work through shift reports and perform audit functions when assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
