Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliability while making a meaningful impact each day. Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.32 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime – Mon 11:00 PM – 06:00 AM; Tue 11:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas, assisting with visitor direction, after‑hours access control, and/or reporting of unusual activity. Support staff, visitors, and/or vendors with routine questions while documenting incidents, policy violations, and other security‑related matters according to post instructions. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Guard Card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
