Restaurant Host/hostess

Job Description

We are seeking flexible F/T and P/T hosts/hostesses to join our team! You will be responsible for greeting customers and providing a welcoming introduction to their dining experience. MUST be able to work weekends (Sundays a MUST!) and HOLIDAYS.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers in a friendly manner
Seating guests
Taking phone reservations and entering them into Open Table reservation system
Handling multiple phone lines while checking in and managing dining guests simultaneously
Double-checking take-out orders and then dispensing to guests as they pick-up
Maintaining order in an often very busy lobby environment

Qualifications:

Experience preferred, but willing to train
Strong leadership qualities a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
