DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE JOB POSTING

Local Nursing Home Looking for New Director of Maintenance. Prior Healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Completes and oversees facility projects as directed

• Helps ensure resident rooms are neat and in order in a timely fashion

• Assists with audits and inspections as dictated by Department of Health and Life Safety Code requirements and maintains such records

• Other tasks as assigned by Administrator 

Minimum Requirements:

• Nursing home experience preferred

• Basic computer skills including email

• Familiar with work order systems (TELS preferred)

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team

• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality

• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care
