Responsibilities Assist attorneys with patent prosecution tasks, including drafting and filing applications. Prepare and file documents with the USPTO following filing procedures. Manage dockets and track patent portfolio status. Coordinate communication with clients and the USPTO. Perform legal research and preliminary prior art searches. Qualifications 3+ years of patent prosecution experience. Strong familiarity with USPTO filing procedures. Experience managing dockets and patent portfolios.
