Primary Responsibilities Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling in diverse settings under your professional and ethical guidelines. Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within state regulatory and accreditation standards. Document diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans demonstrating a collaborative approach with your clients. Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, offering feedback on pertinent cases. Ensure timely documentation of services, adhering to applicable standards and best practices. Assist clients through transition processes and complete final correspondences such as summaries and letters. Handle crisis situations effectively and participate in or coordinate emergency services as needed. Represent the agency professionally within the community, maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and clients. Education, Experience, and Credential Qualifications Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Hold provisional licensure with the board of professional registration for your practicing state (e.g., PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT). Willingness to obtain full licensure and fulfill required clinical supervision hours, including passing a licensing exam. Comfortable providing telehealth services to individuals we serve (training will be provided). Additional Qualifications Successful completion of a background check, including criminal records and driving records. Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required. Must complete all mandatory training in accordance with state regulatory and accreditation standards. Ability to maintain knowledge of program policies, procedures, and regulations. Physical Requirements ADA Consideration – Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
