Position Details Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a reliable Custodian to join our Environmental Services team. The base wage for this position is $19.47/hour. $5.00/hour for working afternoon and midnight shifts. $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and floors (vacuuming, mopping, waxing, etc.). Transport linens and trash according to established schedules. Conduct security rounds to lock/unlock doors and monitor premises. Transport and monitor oxygen tanks as needed. Maintain exterior grounds, including snow removal and yard care. Clean and stock public restrooms and assist with basic housekeeping duties. Move furniture and supplies as directed and assist with event setup/teardown. Operate facility vehicles and equipment as required.
