Senior Treasury Analyst / Treasury Analyst

Sr Treasury Analyst – Eligible for FC08BE / FC09AN The Hartford’s Enterprise Treasury Organization is seeking a Sr Treasury Analyst/Treasury Analyst to support its Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) team. Hybrid work arrangement: expectation of working in the Charlotte, NC or Hartford, CT office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Responsibilities Process wire transfers, ACH debits & credits, and credit card transactions. Review EFT forms for completeness and accuracy, and execute EFT entered transfers within designated timeframes. Support transmission of EFT files between business partners and The Hartford’s treasury management system, bank web portals, and bank partners. Confirm and communicate receipt of EFT file confirmations. Perform research with banking partners for unapplied EFT transactions. Communicate effectively with the Treasury team, business partners, and banking staff regarding current and future money movements, and resolve customer inquiries promptly. Remain alert for suspicious or fraudulent activity. Support quarterly audits by providing internal or external auditors with appropriate EFT documentation. Participate in collection, input, reconciliation, and reporting of data from various systems. Identify, recommend, and assist in implementing opportunities for continuous improvement, increased efficiency, and best practices. Support process improvements and business partner initiatives through participation in various projects and performing regression testing. Interact with various disciplines across The Hartford, including billing, claims, and investment operations. Provide personal information to financial institutions or other entities as required in support of the position’s responsibilities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with ACH and Wire Transfer related services in the financial services industry (preferred). Working understanding of ACH and Wire Transfer concepts. BS degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred (open to 2026 graduates). Strong organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail oriented, able to work under tight deadlines with a focus on accuracy. Strong Excel skills preferred. Experience using the Treasury Management System, G‑Treasury, a plus. Compensation Base pay range: $73,600 - $110,400 annually. Base pay may vary and may be above or below this range based on performance, proficiency, and demonstration of competencies required for the role. Additional elements of total compensation may include short‑term or annual bonuses, long‑term incentives, and on‑the‑spot recognition.
