Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,453 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bangor, Maine.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Start Date: 12/15/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

2 years minimum in ICU experience required 

Required Certifications:  

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• PALS (preferred) – traveler may float to PICU if experienced and has PALS currently

Skills: 

• Neuro and Trauma experience are an absolute must – EVD & ICP monitoring
• Ventilator management, critical care drips, drain management, stroke experience, hemodynamic lines (A-lines/CVP), cardiac rhythm recognition, chest tubes, tracheostomy care, strong assessment skills

Floating:  

• To the Cardiac Care Unit (ICU) – will take patients within scope
• Cardiac Stepdown or Medical Stepdown
• PICU if they have Peds experience

Charting System/Equipment:  

• Cerner (preferred experience)
• Alaris
• Pyxis

2 years minimum in ICU experience required Required Certifications: BLS ACLS NIHSS PALS (preferred) – traveler may float to PICU if experienced and has PALS currently Thanks, BK
