Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required. Client requires experience with geriatric patient populations and post-acute care documentation standards. Demonstrated ability to perform mobility, balance, therapeutic exercise, and fall risk assessments. Current CPR certification required. Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and proficiency with electronic medical record systems commonly used in long-term care settings. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Work Schedule: 5x8. Location Highlights Somerset, NJ offers a suburban setting with convenient regional access. The community supports a suburban lifestyle with restaurants and shopping in Bridgewater and Princeton reachable within a 15–25 minute commute, and access to regional airports (Newark Liberty and Philadelphia) within 45–60 minutes for occasional travel needs.
