AUDIT MANAGER

Position Overview We are seeking an Audit Manager for a Lincolnshire, Illinois-based organization. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing internal and external audit functions, risk management, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit department operations Develop and execute internal audit plans and strategies Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for audits Assess internal controls and identify risk areas Prepare audit reports and recommendations Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies Lead audit team and mentor junior auditors Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or CIA certification preferred 7+ years audit or accounting experience, with 3+ years in management Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures Experience with audit software and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and communication abilities Compensation Salary: $90,000 – $130,000/year Full benefits package Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Talent Network
