Overview Location MI - Grandville - RiverTown Crossings As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an amazing Tillys Experience to every Customer. You will be responsible for all aspects of running a Store, including managing the Store Team and overseeing all Store operations to achieve Company goals and objectives. Responsibilities Lead a team of Associates and Managers to deliver the customer experience and meet store goals. Manage all aspects of store operations and day-to-day performance. Drive recruiting, hiring, training, development, and motivation of the Store Team to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Proven ability to lead a team, foster a positive work environment, and balance productivity with customer focus. Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
