Clinical Research Coordinator (257911) Mandeville, Louisiana Salary: USD52000 - USD72800 per year Clinical Research Coordinator Details: Clinical Research Cordinator Pay: 52,000- 72,800 Shift: M-F 8-5 Duration: Full-Time long term QUALIFICATIONS: Proven background in clinical research, including direct experience carrying out Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) duties. Demonstrated capability to independently manage study workflows, patient appointments, and regulatory documentation. Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), trial operations, and protocol compliance. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills. Prior experience preparing and submitting IRB documentation preferred. Hands-on proficiency in phlebotomy and laboratory specimen handling/processing preferred. Exposure to clinical trials across diverse therapeutic fields (Lead CRC experience highly regarded). Willingness to travel periodically to nearby affiliated sites to assist with coverage and study volume. Availability for a full-time hourly position (~36 hours per week, Monday–Friday schedule, typically featuring early Friday afternoon departures based on patient volume). RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and manage clinical trial execution across all phases, from initial site startup through formal closeout. Coordinate, facilitate, and document patient study visits while ensuring data accuracy and protocol fidelity. Partner closely with Principal Investigators, sponsor monitors, and site staff to maintain seamless trial operations. Oversee regulatory task tracking, including assisting with IRB communication and protocol amendment administration. Process, package, and ship laboratory specimens in accordance with protocol guidelines and safety regulations. Uphold strict compliance with institutional guidelines, federal regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
