Required Skills

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience/training in endoscopy, including working in procedure rooms
• Competency in advanced therapeutics such as ERCP and EUS
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience with procedural competency documentation
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Experience with clinical mentoring or training roles

Preferred Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in endoscopy or gastroenterology settings
• Relevant certifications in endoscopy or advanced gastrointestinal procedures are a plus

Other Requirements

• Ability to work a 4x10 schedule, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Call responsibilities required: weeknights from 5 pm to 7 am and every fifth weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification reimbursements as applicable
• Must be able to work in high-volume, procedure-rich environments
