We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare, cook, and plate menu items within a designated station of our restaurant kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistent, high-quality food.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, slicing meats, measuring ingredients, and prepping sauces.

Cook and plate menu items by grilling, frying, sautéing, or baking according to recipes and senior chef instructions.

Set up, stock, and clean assigned workstations before, during, and after service.

Ensure all orders are served at the correct temperature, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.

This is a hands-on culinary role suited for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team to deliver great food consistently, even during busy service periods. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude under pressure are essential for success in this position.
