We're Hiring: Stroke Development Swim Instructor! Do you love helping swimmers take their skills to the next level? British Swim School is looking for an enthusiastic Stroke Development Instructor to join our team at our Delafield location! This role is perfect for someone with strong swimming technique who enjoys coaching and encouraging swimmers as they build endurance, refine strokes, and gain confidence in the water. What we're looking for: Strong knowledge of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly A passion for teaching and motivating swimmers Experience coaching or teaching swim lessons is a plus Positive energy, patience, and great communication skills What we offer: Flexible scheduling Paid training on the British Swim School curriculum Competitive pay A fun, supportive team The opportunity to help swimmers achieve their goals while promoting lifelong water safety Evening and weekend shifts available #J-18808-Ljbffr British Swim School
