Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Dietitian PRN you will:

• Identify patients at nutritional risk through the screening process.
• Provide nutrition assessment, care planning and diet/nutrition education appropriate for age, disease state and nutrition problem.
• Document nutrition care in the patient's medical record.
• Provide interdisciplinary and collaborative care through day-to-day communication and interaction with the health care team.
• Contribute to nutrition care team knowledge and evidence-based practice.
• Provide education and training assigned.
• Participate in quality assignments.

What qualifications you will need:

• RD/RDN Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
• RD-STATE Registered Dietitian - State
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ Years of experience in a healthcare setting Preferred

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds. Our hospital is the largest medical facility in the region. We serve southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana.
