Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Address: St Marks Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 18 · Number of Staff – 30 · Shift for the Traveler 130pm -10pm 5 days a week · Type of staff: o Day Shift – variable start times o Night Shift – none · Patient Ratios – up to 4 to 1 · Type of equipment – standard hospital equipment · EMR – EPIC · On Call Requirements: none · Weekend Requirements: none Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Worked in SDS department · Worked in Surgery Department and are familiar with starting IV’s and other things like obtaining vitals, shaving, obtaining consent, brief health history, medication and all other items related to preparing someone for surgery · Worked in Post-Surgery care department by providing discharge instructions related to the surgical process.
