General Labor $1,125+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- Previous construction experience required.
- Carpentry helper experience preferred.
- Must be able to assist with general construction and jobsite tasks.
- Must be willing to learn and assist with form carpentry and concrete work.
- Concrete experience is a plus.
- Experience assisting with sidewalks, parking lots, rebar/steel reinforcement, or concrete pours is a plus.
- Must be able to perform physical construction labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in Louisiana heat, humidity, dust, dirt, and changing weather conditions.
- Must be able to safely work around active construction equipment and jobsites.
- Track loader or mini excavator experience is a plus.
- Must be flexible to work at various jobsites throughout the Lake Charles area.
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow directions required.
Shifts:
- Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Overtime available based on project needs
- Must be flexible to work Saturdays and overtime when needed
- Temp-to-Hire
