What Youll Do
- Monitor, diagnose, and treat tree and shrub health issues.
- Inspect plant material to identify pests, diseases, or other concerns.
- Select and apply the most appropriate treatments to promote plant health.
- Prepare written diagnostic reports and educate clients about their landscape.
- Operate spray and application equipment safely and effectively.
- Work independently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently with responsibility and care.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills for effective client engagement.
- Willingness to learn plant/tree identification and safe equipment use.
- Commitment to completing required training and obtaining necessary certifications and licenses.
- Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
- Valid drivers license with the ability to operate service-line vehicles.
