Epic Integration/Build Program Manager

Epic Integration Project Manager
WA/OR area remote with up to 30% travel
8-5 PST with some nights/weekends
6-8 years of Epic build, PMP or past project/program management experience a plus, 1-2
Multiple Epic implementations/integrations, past M&A experience with EMR integrations, interfaces/conversions, past Epic Community Connect management and program oversight.
Epic Certifications (Ambulatory required).

60% System Integration Deployment
Provides direction, training and technical expertise for overseeing all Epic integration programs for both M&A and Connect and partnership migrations. Plans, coordinates, assist in building and delivery of Epic integration program activities along with related 3rd party system rollout.
Works with Integration Director and Manager to identify budget, timeline and scope for system integration projects as part of oversight of the Epic Integration Program.
Directly work with staff to ensure efficient utilization of Epic resources working on integration projects.
Provide guidance and assistance to staff in the identification, research, and resolution of all Epic and related 3rd party application problems
Oversight of all Issue Track, Orion and project tasks needed for Epic and 3rd party system integrations.
Ensure Epic Integration Projects and Testing are ordered and complete within the required time frame. Offer studying and testing tips.
Prepare and conduct annual performance appraisals and weekly/bi-weekly one-on-ones with direct reports. Monitors skill development and performance of staff and provides mentoring as necessary.
Attend administrative meetings, representing the integration team.
Help coordinate, attend and run on-site Go-Live Command Centers to include management and resolution of go-live issues.
