Poseidon Barge, Ltd. in Berne, Indiana is seeking skilled welders for 3rd shift. Build barges per blueprints and operate welding machines (GMAW/FCAW/MCAW). Shift hours are 8:00pm–6:00am, Sunday night through Thursday morning with overtime on Thursdays. Eligible for double time after 45 hours and a $1,000 bonus after 90 days with no absences. The role reports to the Shop Supervisor and requires the ability to read fabrications drawings, perform welding prep, and maintain safety standards in a #J-18808-Ljbffr
