Starting Wages $22.70- $27.20/hr. 3rd Shift Differential - $1.50/ hr. The Progressive Processing, LLC, facility in Dubuque, Iowa, will be hiring hourly production associates for 3rd shift. Progressive Processing, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hormel Foods. The 342,000 sq. ft. plant is home to a variety of Hormel products including bacon toppings, SPAM®, and a variety of Hormel® Compleats® microwave meals. • Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous machine operator experience helpful
