Sr. Manager, Finance

Responsibilities Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation. Lead end-to-end M&A analysis: target screening, valuation, synergy assessment, accretion/dilution modeling, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration tracking. Develop business cases and investment memoranda for acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives; prepare Board and executive presentations. Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses to identify and prioritize growth opportunities. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) to evaluate business performance and improve profitability. Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Build and monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive accountability and operational efficiency. Manage relationships with external advisors, investment bankers, legal counsel, consultants, and accounting firms, throughout the transaction lifecycle. Drive process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and analytical capabilities across the organization. Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects as directed by leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or Management Consulting preferred M&A experience including valuation, financial due diligence, and transaction execution. Advanced modeling skills: three-statement, DCF, accretion/dilution, and scenario analysis. Strong command of financial statements, business drivers, and performance metrics. Proven ability to prepare and present materials for executive leadership, Boards, and investors. Exceptional communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams and manage external advisors.
