Technical Account Manager - AI for Martech

Technical Account Manager - AI for Martech Bytek is the MarTech division of the publicly listed Datrix Group, an international AI-powered ecosystem of vertical B2B software companies. We help enterprise brands, retailers, and financial institutions turn first‑party data into predictive insights, improving customer acquisition, retention, and marketing ROI. Our flagship product – the Bytek Prediction Platform – combines Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities with proprietary AI models for customer behavior prediction, smart segmentation, and campaign optimization. Trusted by leading international brands, Bytek is redefining how marketing teams integrate AI into their stacks. Our company embraces remote work, and we are spread across Europe, but we also love to meet up to share ideas, with offices in Milan and Viterbo, Italy – New York, USA – Dubai, UAE. Clear compensation package: €35,000–€40,000 base salary (permanent contract) + 10% bonus, plus meal vouchers, company laptop and company phone. Who we are looking for We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can bridge the gap between technology, data, and business needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, is passionate about Martech and AI, and can lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with high‑profile clients and leading‑edge technology, and who wants to make a tangible impact on the growth of a scaling international company. What you will do Develop deep client relationships by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and operational processes to identify AI transformation opportunities. Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to define success metrics and value propositions. Lead AI implementation projects end‑to‑end: from business case development through planning, scoping, onboarding, and go‑live, ensuring alignment with client strategic goals. Act as trusted business advisor to client teams, facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to uncover hidden opportunities for AI‑driven optimization. Coordinate comprehensive client onboarding by conducting thorough business analysis, requirements gathering, solution architecture design, and delivery planning. Transform business insights into technical specifications, collaborating with internal IT/Data teams to ensure deliverables meet both technical standards and business value expectations. Facilitate stakeholder alignment through regular business review meetings, progress updates, and strategic planning sessions to maintain transparency and drive adoption. Monitor project success through business KPIs and client satisfaction metrics, while proactively addressing risks and ensuring SLA compliance using Jira and Confluence. Serve as the primary business liaison, providing ongoing relationship management, operational support, and strategic guidance to maximize long‑term client value. Hiring process Step 1 - Practical Simulation on Anthropos Complete a focused account management and project management simulation using AI agents on the Anthropos platform prior to your first interview. Why it matters: This simulation evaluates your client qualification skills, discovery methodology, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder scenarios in a realistic business environment. Step 2 - Initial Discovery Call A comprehensive conversation exploring your professional background, career motivations, and cultural alignment with our organization. Why it matters: We’re committed to understanding your unique story, what drives your professional decisions, and ensuring mutual alignment between your values and our company culture. Step 3 - Role‑Specific Deep Dive An in‑depth discussion with your prospective direct manager, the Tech Director, and Marketing Science Director focusing on day‑to‑day responsibilities, collaboration dynamics, and the specific value you’ll contribute to our team. Why it matters: This is our most comprehensive evaluation, where we assess the complete fit across technical capabilities, strategic mindset, interpersonal skills, and long‑term partnership potential. This conversation is fundamental to ensuring mutual success. Step 4 - Final Alignment Session A final alignment session to discuss collaboration details, address any remaining questions, and establish the foundation for your journey with us. This conversation ensures complete clarity on expectations, responsibilities, and next steps, setting the stage for a successful long‑term partnership. Requirements Who you are Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines, with technical aptitude. 3–5 years of account and project management experience, preferably in Martech/AI or complex IT environments. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to self‑organize your time. Knowledge of ETL processes and data architectures. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication skills in Italian (native speaker) and English (C1). Nice to have Experience in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Technology. Familiarity with AI algorithms applied to marketing. Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP systems, and BI tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
