Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services (NPHS) is seeking a Community Lending Specialist to review and determine outcomes for loan applications and to assist with program questions, outreach, and file review. The role requires strong mortgage lending experience, familiarity with NPHS loan programs, and the ability to work with lenders, applicants, and partners in person at NPHS offices. The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with some evenings/weekends for outreach or workshops. #J-18808-Ljbffr nphs
