Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Possession of a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for practice as an SLP
• Previous experience within a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Confidence in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering both individual and group therapy
• Ability to communicate clearly with parents, staff, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students according to their IEPs
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop targeted intervention plans to help students reach communication milestones
• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory and procedural standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance for strategies within the classroom
