Job Summary:
Performs duties as defined by the State of New Jersey and standards established by the American Association of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the American College of Sports Medicine. This includes an exercise physiology evaluation and treatment of patients, fostering a safe and effective exercise environment, implementing programs established by the department and other professional duties as needed. Supports the Executive Health Program by meeting with patients and based on data from Stress Test, Medical Record and patient questionnaire develops a exercise program and communicates it with the patient. Performs CarioPulmonary Exercise Testing under the direction of the physican including equipment set up, determination of mask size, spirometry and exercise test. Finalizes initial reports and makes it available to physican for interpretation.

Job Essentials:

• 1-3 years cardiac rehab experience preferred
• new graduates are welcome to apply

Education Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Exercise Science REQUIRED

License/Certification/Registry:

• ACLS Certification
• BLS Certification
