• We are hiring immediately for a CONCESSIONS SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Address : 9201 University City Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28223 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full Time Schedule: Based on event schedule. More details upon interview. 
• Requirement : Previous concessions experience preferred. Previous supervisor experience required. 
• Pay Range:  $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.
• Perks: Transit avaliability. Shift meal provided. Uniform shirt provided.
• Additional Job Duties:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of concession associates on a per shift basis, including enforcing work procedures and services standards.
• Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures,assists management on inventory counts
• Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned area
• Provide excellent guest service skills.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
