Are you a skilled Obstetrician and Gynecologist seeking a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Wayland, Kentucky? We have an immediate need for coverage at a reputable facility.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing (Monthly)
• Coverage Type: Call Only
• EMR System: MediTech
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Average Deliveries Per Year: 160

This position offers an ongoing monthly schedule, providing call coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the following day. The facility has a dedicated team of support staff, including registered nurses and medical assistants, ensuring excellent patient care.

Specialty Skills Required:

• Low risk and high risk pregnancy management
• FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
• OB Ultrasounds (interpretation and performance)
• Level I/Screening (viability)
• Level II/Targeted (anatomic)
• Routine and complicated deliveries
• C-sections, including decision-making
• VBACs, breech deliveries, multiple births
• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
• Surgical gynecology procedures
