About This Role The Assistant Nurse Manager at Kaiser Permanente is responsible for overseeing patient care delivery systems and practice standards, while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care. Highlights Pay: $196,200 - $226,710/year Location: Santa Clara, CA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems. Support investigations into patient/family concerns regarding care and services. Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications. Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision. Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice. Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards. Recommend developmental opportunities and mentor team members. Supervise daily activities of designated work team or unit. Manage care delivery operations within a 24/7 environment. Ensure safe, quality, and standardized care delivery.
